Advantages:

Хозяйка принимает как родных. Новая квартира, все новое, сделано со вкусом. Есть все необходимое и даже больше. Рядом все основные магазины, рынок. До центра 30 минут пешком (6 мин на такси). Вид из окна на гору, пешком 30 минут. Полы с подогревом в ванной.

Disadvantages:

Качество сборки мебели, шкафчики тяжело открыть и закрыть (со временем сломаются). 4 этаж, без лифта и домофона. Нет духовки (важно для больших компаний, которые приехали на долго и любят готовить) Маленький холодильник (внизу под плитой в шкафу).
