Advantages:

Дом большой, с ремонтом, всё просто замечательно. До Цветника, ванночек и ресторанов недалеко. Рядом магазины. При этом тихо, нет шума машин. Дворик уютный, приятно вечером посидеть с чаем. Если кто не знает, комаров там нет)
