Advantages:

Удобно расположенная, хорошая ванна, просторно, чисто, тихие соседи, компьютерный стол для работы. Отзывчивый хозяин, разрешили задержаться и съехать не в 12 а в 18.

Disadvantages:

Неудобно расположены розетки (лёжа на диване или кровати нельзя зарядить телефон), не работает домофон, не было чайника.
