Сдаётся дом в районе ж/д вокзала, свежий ремонт, очень уютно и комфортно! До Цветника полчаса от дома, спальный тихий район, есть гараж для заезда за отдельную плату, либо стоянка возле дома. В доме есть всё необходимое для проживания. Рядом развитая инфраструктура, рынок, магазины, аптеки, остановки общественного транспорта, всё в шаговой доступности, во дворе стол с лавочкой под виноградником, где можно посидеть, отдохнуть, выпить кофе.

Хороший, спокойный, зелёный, чистый район города. До цветника и народных ванн можно доехать за 15 минут. Рядом рынок Первомайский, аптека, салон красоты, сеть магазинов, остановки общественного транспорта. Отдельный вход в дом, территория дома окружена виноградом и яблоками. Для проживания все есть и бытовая техника и посуда. Хозяин дома внимательный, всегда на связи, оперативно реагирует на все просьбы. Невысокая цена и качество соответствуют. Желаем приятного проживания и отдыха постояльцам. Отдельный привет Фоксу!)
