Advantages:

Квартира новая, чистая, новый жк. расположение достаточно далекое от центра, не выйдешь погулять по Пятигорску, только если не такси доехать. Не хватило топера не диване, тёплых одеял и заварочного чайника (может не нешли), но видимо квартира еще совсем новая и пока обустраивается)
