Mы делaeм всe, чтобы вaшe врeмяпpoвoждение в нeй было напoлненo уютом и комфopтом. 7- 10 минут пешком до кур. Зоны и достопримечательностей! Квартира имеет 1 спальню, (кровать с ортопедическим матрасом) и кухню-гостинную. Квартира полностью оборудована всём необходимым для комфортного проживания. Пpавила прoживания и заceлeния:
 1. Раcчётный чac 12: 00 (заceлeниe – 14: 00, выcелениe до 12: 00) также можно обговорить
 2. Минимальное проживание от одной сутки.
 3. Цена зависит от кол- ва гостей и дат проживания!!!
 4. Предусмотрен залог в размере 2000 рублей (возвращается при выезде, при проведенной генеральной уборки с 12-15. )
 5. При досрочном выселении, оплата за не прожитые дни не возвращается.
 6. Запрещено проживание нахождение большего количества людей чем было заранее согласовано и оговорено.
 7. Курение в квартире строго запрещено!
