Теплый. Уютный и просторный дом в тихом уголке возле заповедной зоны. До центра города 3 км. Парковочные места в закрытом дворе. В доме две изолированных спальни. В одной из комнат удобная кровать (180 на 200) и дополнительное место (диван). В другой раскладной мягкий диван-кровать (160 на 200). Большая кухня-столовая с техникой и посудой. Просторная ванная комната. Туалет отдельный.

В доме все условия для комфортного проживания и отдыха от суеты.

Внимание! Заселение по паспорту каждого гостя, не забывайте!

Правила проживания. Согласно правилам всех агрегаторов аренды жилья, гость должен вернуть жилье в том же состоянии, в каком оно было при заезде. Курение в доме строго запрещено. Залог при заселении 3000 ₽, который возвращается при выезде в обмен на порядок и сохранность имущества. В случае нарушения правил залог не возвращается!!!
