В районе есть сетевые магазины, близко ж/д вокзал и остановка общественного транспорта. Квартира в новостройке.

Disadvantages:

Мебель уже далеко не новая, не очень удобный матрас. В целом отдыхом остались довольны. Цена данной квартиры соответствует качеству.
