Advantages:

Удобное заселение бесконтактное. Есть все необходимое для проживания. Из минусов требуется мелкий ремонт на кухне, оборваны шторы. Между комнат установлено окно, через который проходит свет, неудобно если члены семьи ложатся спать в разное время.
