Advantages:

Удобное расположение, рядом есть магнит и пятёрочка. Также в шаговой доступности канатка на Машук. Можно дойти до парка и оттуда гулять по городу.

Disadvantages:

При заселении в номере был запах сигарет, пришлось проветрить.
