Просторная хорошая квартира, никаких лишних шумов. Удобность в заселении. Парковка в закрытом дворе. В квартире есть всё необходимое для проживания. Расположение хоть и возле ЖД путей, но ночью ничего не ходит поэтому не доставило никаких неудобств. Хозяйка доброжелательная, понравилось иметь дело
